An emergency laboratory service operates on the basis of the Clinical Diagnostic Laboratory, ensuring the performance of tests around the clock and on weekends.

Internal quality control — systematic daily quality control of biochemical, hematological, and coagulometric studies through the use of control materials (serum, whole blood, plasma).
External laboratory quality control — the Clinical Diagnostic Laboratory is part of a system with other laboratories.
