About the Department

The Therapy Department is a structural subdivision of the Regional Cardiology Center, designed to provide specialized diagnostic and therapeutic care to patients with various pathologies of the internal organs.

Cardiovascular System

• Hypertension

• Myocarditis

• Cardiac arrhythmias

Respiratory System

• Pneumonia

• Bronchial asthma

• Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Gastrointestinal Tract

• Peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum

• Gastritis

• Liver cirrhosis

• Chronic non-calculous cholecystitis

• Chronic pancreatitis

Anemias of Various Origins

• B12 and folate deficiency anemia

• Chronic iron-deficiency anemia

Endocrinological Diseases

• Diabetes mellitus and its complications

Nephrological Diseases

• Chronic pyelonephritis

• Lower urinary tract infections

Diagnostics

For the diagnosis of diseases, the department uses the diagnostic and therapeutic auxiliary subdivisions of the center:

• Laboratory diagnostics

• Electrocardiography

• Ultrasound of the abdominal organs, pelvis, and thyroid gland

• ECHOCS with Doppler analysis

• 24-hour BP monitoring

• 24-hour ECG monitoring

• X-ray studies of the lungs, joints

• Echo-EG

• ENMG

• Fibrogastroscopy, colonoscopy
